Next review the design drawing with an eye toward connection point locations. Note whether the Space Articulator points (or in actuality, the triangle hooks at the fabric points) connect directly to the wall, ceiling or floor or whether they connect first to monofilament which runs some length to the wall, ceiling or floor.

When installing multiple panels, begin with the highest or “farthest” panel and work out. Of course, you have to start somewhere so pick the panel point that you feel most certain about, either a wall point, ceiling point or floor point and work from there. Rather than just selecting the “next” point on either side of the one you’ve attached, it is preferable to go to an opposite point to hold the Articulator in space, even though it may not be the final location of that point.
Install panels using temporary connection hardware when possible and then, when the panel installation or the complete configuration of panels is finalized, replace the temporary hardware with permanent hardware. Using temporary connectors affords you the opportunity to adjust and tweak points to get the taut, tensioned effect required. Very small brads directly into wood or drywall work well as temporary connectors and these small holes are easily concealed when the Articulator is finally in place. For temporary floor points you can use any heavy object that you can tie to and move as required. If your installation includes the Juxtaform 25 pound floor weight, use that now.
A final connection may, in fact, be the temporary brad,or it might be the smallest
drywall anchor with the smallest screw eye, in a wall or floor. Your designer may have specified what the final connection hardware is to be or may have left that detail up to the installer. Generally speaking, the less obtrusive the hardware the better. The most commonly used Permanent connection hardware is a small screw eye.

Installation Instructions:
1. Select farthest or highest panel to install first.
2. Place temporary connectors (small nails, screws, or ‘C’ clamps work well) at connection points on all surfaces.
3. If using monofilament, firmly secure monofilament to end of triangle-hook.
4. Slip triangle-hook through point of panel.
5. Attach triangle hook or loose end of monofilament to temporary surface connector.
6. Repeat for all points, all panels.
7. Adjust monofilament lengths to tension Articulators evenly so they are taut. Be cautious not to over-stretch. Panels
should not be stretched beyond their maximum point.
8. Adjust connection points so that Articulator curve angles match design drawing. It is best to pull all points evenly so
that curves have a continuous, smooth arc.
9. Replace temporary connectors with permanent connectors.
